Groundwater levels in Hursley are high but relatively stable.
Widespread cellar flooding and sewerage systems impacts are expected to be ongoing. Groundwater is currently around the level we expected isolated properties could experience internal ground floor flooding. From Monday 02/03/2026 to Friday 06/03/2026, mostly dry weather is expected. Groundwater levels in Hursley will begin falling slowly this week.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Residents are advised to prepare property resilience measures and ensure that pumps are working where they have been installed.
